In 2012, EDE created a second company: ede2, whose specific mission is to tour to community venues, bringing their own production out to more underserved areas.

Led by Artistic Director, Rachel Molinaro, ede2 has brought its shows to sites like Misericordia, the Presbyterian Homes, Ryan Ability Lab, King Arts School, the Young Evanston Artists Festival, and many others. They perform one weekend at Studio5 Performing Arts Center; this season those shows will be March 2 and 3.​
